Avodah – Outreach
With outstretched arms, Belz embraces all who seek connection and are eager to learn more about Yiddishkeit (Judaism). Its outreach initiatives attract individuals based on their aspirations, needs, and level of awareness.
THREE MONUMENTAL OPERATIONS — THREE EFFECTIVE GOALS
Today’s most influential informational resource is mass media. Hidabroot, with the encouragement of the Belzer Rebbe shlita, harnesses this power to connect to unaffiliated Jews.
Hidabroot is a famous Israeli television channel broadcasting from its state-of-the-art recording studio staffed by dozens of kiruv professionals, well-respected rabbis, and media personalities.
Hidabroot’s online platform receives 25,000 hits a day from people exploring topics on relationships, spirituality, music, business, and more.
Via these media channels, Hidabroot reaches Jews who are far removed from their heritage and inspires them to reconnect with their roots.

TZOHAR reaches out
Tzohar, literally translated as a light, serves as a beacon of light and a ray of hope for troubled adolescents. When a teen is in crisis it’s typically an outcome of an unaddressed difficulty. The initial cause may be relatively minor such as a learning disability, social awkwardness, or a troubled family, which can be challenging to deal with as they develop into young adults—when self-identity is crucial.
Without guidance, these boys and girls find themselves outside the educational and social framework. They may end up turning to dangerous and forbidden activities.
TZOHAR’S PROACTIVE & PREVENTATIVE MEASURES
There were moments of hope and moments of despair. I cannot begin to thank you for closing Dani’s criminal file completely and helping him cut all ties with his gang. Dani has made great progress. Today Dani learns in a Yeshiva Gedola, the same one his deceased father attended. You saved Dani. You saved me. You saved our entire family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. “
TORAH V’EMUNAH inspires growth
Thanks to Tzohar’s outreach organization, hundreds of troubled youths return to their roots striving to rebuild their connection with Torah, Judaism, and Hashem. Although Belz doesn’t encourage potential baalei teshuva to become Belzer chassidim, many do integrate with the Chassidus of Belz, and others ultimately choose a familiar communal structure.
Torah V’Emunah is for intelligent young men who seek to grow spiritually. Their accomplishments in learning are so incredible that even the faculty has a hard time believing it.
The Yeshiva’s primary goal is to provide long-term guidance—paving a path for each baal teshuva to continue leading a meaningful life.
