אלה מסעי בני ישראל אשר יצאו מארץ מצרים (מסעי: לג-א)

A Yid constantly moves forward in his ruchniyus – spiritual aspirations.  He doesn’t remain on the same level- or he gets better, or, God forbid, worsens.  If a person feels that today was like yesterday, it means they have regressed, since a person typically progresses to a higher level.  This is the foundation of a Yid אלה מסעי בני ישראל – to move forward – up a level constantly!
