יברכך ה’ וישמרך (נשא ו:כד)

Birchas Kohanim is divided into three pasukim/sentences.

The first pasuk יברכך ה’ וישמרך contains two words, aside from Hashem’s name – alluding to the two months between Pesach and Shavuos.

The second pasuk יאר ה’ פניו אליך ויחנך contains four words, aside from Hashem’s name – alluding to the four months between Shavuos and Sukkos.

And the third pasuk ישא ה’ פניו אליך וישם לך שלום contains six words, aside from Hashem’s name – alluding to the six months between Sukkos and Pesach.

This shows us that the brachos – blessings from Birchas Kohanim extend year-round, from one Yom Tov to the next.
