Chazal say (קידשין פב:א) that Avraham Avinu fulfilled the entire Torah even though he wasn’t commanded to observe the Mitzvos. This is why Eliezer was sent to find a kallah for Yitzchak – a woman who would do more than what was required. Only such a kallah could enter the home of Avraham, where they fulfilled Mitzvos even without the command of Hashem.
