ולבש הכהן מדו בד (צו ו:ג)

Rashi says that the measurement should fit him.
Every person needs to act according to their stature and community.  The greater the person, the more is expected of him.

אחד חכם אחד רשע אחד תם ואחד שאינו יודע לשאול
The Kaminker Rav zt’’l related to the Sar Shalom of Belz zt’’l that he once heard a simpleton recite the Haggadah and when he said the words “אחד חכם ואחד רשע…” he placed his hands on his eyes by the word “אחד” just like when reciting Krias Shema.  The Sar Shalom explained that this alludes to the times of Moshaich because at the time the whole world will acknowledge that ה’ אחד – Hashem is One – the Chacham, the Rasha, the Tam and the She’eyno Yodea Lishol – all will recognize that Hashem is One.  The Haggadah continues, “עד שהגיע תלמידיהם ואמר רבותינו הגיע זמן קריאת שמע של שחרית” – the talmidim meant to daven that the four sons will recite Krias Shema to bear witness together that Hashem is One.  The acronym of the word שחרית is: חכם , רשע, תם, שאינו יודע.
