פרשת כי תצא
Parshas Ki Seitzei
לא תחרוש בשור ובחמור יחדיו (כי תשא כב:י)
You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together.The word “שור” alludes to Moshiach ben Yosef, as it is written: “ בכור שורו הדר לו” – and the word “חמור” alludes to Moshiach ben Duvid, as it is written: “עני ורוכב על חמור.” – the words לא תחר ש is a phrase referencing to remaining silent – ואתם תחרישין – we shouldn’t remain silent, just continue davening that Moshiach ben Yosef and Moshiach ben Duvid should come speedily to redeem us.
