we can most certainly return their smile to them.”

On the eve of Rosh Hashanah, a family of 12 children was informed that their beloved father had died from the cruel coronavirus. The organization’s founder stood at their side during the hasty funeral, held their hands as they tearfully said their final goodbyes, and supported and caressed them throughout. When she entered their shiva house, the teenage daughter told her: “Without you, we would not have survived the funeral.” Since that tragic day, their relationship has deepened. The children are part of Anu Banecha’s programs, and the widow receives continuous emotional and financial support.
